When we bought our first home in 2012 Audra and Tony were extremely helpful in walking us though the process and paperwork. In particular: - They work with us to ensure all milestones were at times which were convenient for us. - They put us in touch with a mortgage provider that was able to offer us a fixed term rate a more competitive rate than we'd found. - They helped us find a good person to do the inspection and worked with us afterwards in negotiating with the seller over items that needed to be fixed. - They help us come to an agreement with the seller about contractual items that came up in the attorney review. In all of the above, they had a very professional manner. They were very approachable, always available and never pushy. If we ever sell our house and buy again, we will defnitely be contacting Audra and Tony again.
